The lovely village of East Lavant is situated in the beautiful countryside of the South Downs National Park with great walks over Trundle Hill to enjoy spectacular panoramic views.

Just over the road from the annexe is the excellent Royal Oak pub where first class food is served all day.

Half a mile away the Earl of March pub is equally popular and enjoys wonderful views up to Trundle Hill.

The Goodwood estate has long been famous for its top quality horse racing, rated by many as the most beautiful racecourse setting in the world. We are a mere three minute drive away.


Also to be enjoyed on the estate are the internationally renowned Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival events.

The picturesque Goodwood Golf course is just up the road as is the Cass Foundation Sculpture Park.

Set in the park is the world famous Goodwood House which is open to the public.

Singleton Weald and Downland open air museum and West Dean College with its beautiful gardens are close by.

The historic city of Chichester is a five minute drive away where you will find the Cathedral , prestigious Festival Theatre and museum.
There are numerous interesting shops and restaurants  to enjoy.

Fishbourne Roman Palace is also very popular.
